Common questions
How soon can someone come out?
Call us and we'll give you the earliest available window that day. Doors that won't close or are off track get priority since they're a security and safety risk.
My spring snapped — can I still use the door?
Don't try. A door with a broken torsion spring is extremely heavy and the opener can be damaged trying to lift it. Leave it down and call us.
Do you repair the opener or replace it?
Whichever makes sense. Many openers only need a gear, logic board, sensor or remote. If the unit is worn out we'll show you the replacement option and price.
Do you work on commercial doors?
Yes — rolling steel and sectional commercial doors as well as residential. Call with the door type and size.
What does a repair cost?
It depends on the part and door size, so we quote on site after inspecting. You approve the price before any work begins.
